Can we use any part of your park for our own picnic/bbq?
Yes, guests may use picnic tables located outside of the park near FunworX for picnic lunches (no BBQs). All picnic shelters in the park are reserved for pre-booked group events through our sales office. Bingemans is a privately owned park and anyone attempting to use these areas of the park for their own unauthorized event will be asked to leave the park, or pay a rental fee.
If I'm a Season's Pass holder, how am I informed of various pieces of information?
We forward monthly newsletter through e-mail to our season pass holders. Please sign-up for our newsletter or e-mail us your address.
Are inflatable devices allowed in the waterpark?
No.
Are lifejackets allowed in the Wavepool?
Yes, but they must be CSA Certified. Lifejackets are available on a complementary basis, however a deposit is required. Please contact Bingemans for more information.
I am only coming to the waterpark to watch my children, do I have to pay?
Yes, you have to pay the normal rates. We apologize for any inconvenience, however staff members are not authorized to alter or change any part of this policy.
Are there any restrictions for the various activities?
Yes, the following activities have restrictions:
- Go Karts - Driver must be a minimum of 54" tall. Passenger must be a minimum of 32" tall or 3 years old.
- Bumper Boats - Minimum height of 54" tall
- Chaos maze - Minimum height of 48" and a maximum of 76" tall
- Jumpai - Minimum weight of 15 kg and a maximum of 105 kg
- Cyclone and Torpedo Bay - Minimum height of 48" tall
- Waterslides - No double sliding, no water wings or lifejackets and must be able to swim.
- FunworX play structure - Designed for children from 4-12 years old
Torpedo Bay slides are designed with run outs, meaning that riders do not enter a pool at any time.
The Cyclone free-falls into a landing pool and is therefore not recommended for novice swimmers.

What happens if an activity is closed?
Bingemans reserves the right to close any activity at any time.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed into the park, but must be on a leash. Pets are not allowed inside the waterpark, buildings or activity areas.
Are there refunds for internet purchased products?
No. If there has been an accounting error, or significant situation, please contact our administration office.
What is your rain day policy?
If Bingemans management decides to close the waterpark, any guest with their pass purchase receipt showing that they have purchased their pass within two hours of the closure, will be issued the same pass voucher good till the end of the season. If you are with a picnic group, possible vouchers may be available through your group organizer, not the admission areas. There are will be no exceptions.
Do you have seating in the waterpark?
Yes, we have several areas with seating, as well as non seated areas. We do not guarantee seats for all guests.
Do you provide any special discounts?
All discount programs will only be available through the Big Splash monthly newsletter, which you can subscribe to free of charge
What time do Go Karts open on Saturdays?
Go Karts are open to guests starting at 10 am.
Can we bring our own coolers?
No cooler of any kind will be allowed inside the waterpark area. We do have a specified location for coolers and picnic lunches outside of the park.
Is there an AED on site?
Yes, it is located inside the FunworX building.
What happens if I lose my Season pass photo card?
You need to come to the FunworX admissions are where we will deactivate the lost card and produce a new card for you. There is a $5.00 fee for all card replacements.
