How many people are allowed on a campsite?
You are allowed to have 6 people per site, counting adults and children.
How many tents/trailers am I allowed to have on a campsite?
You are allowed to have two tents OR one trailer per site. You can also have one
dining tent
on your campsite.
How many vehicles am I allowed per site?
You are allowed to have one vehicle per site. If you have an additional vehicle, it requires a parking permit ($6 + GST - good for the entire weekend) and it must be parked in one of our parking lots.
If I have more than six people, can I pay an additional charge to have them stay on my campsite?
No. The maximum number of people per site is six. If you have more than six people in your group, you will be required to rent an additional site.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
For campsites, check-in is 2pm and check-out is 12 noon.
For cabins, check-in
is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
Do you charge a reservation fee?
Yes. When you reserve, you are required to pay a first night deposit. This includes
the site fees for the
"first night" and an $8 non-refundable reservation fee, plus applicable
taxes. This is processed at the time of your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you give us seven days notice, you will be refunded your "first night" deposit minus
the $8 reservation fee and the taxes applicable to that fee.
If you cancel in fewer than
seven days, the "first night" deposit is held and no refund will be issued.
What activities are included when I am camping?
When you camp with us, you get access to our Oasis Pool and Hot Tub area. We also provide various organized camper activities, such as Bingo and movie nights as well as many other activities. Please check our campers' event calendar for more details.
Are there amusement discounts for campers?
Along with the above-mentioned activities included with your stay, we also provide many discounts to all other activities offered by Bingemans, including the Big Splash Water Park and Glen Ridge Golf Course.
What is in your cabins and what do I need to bring for my stay?
Our cabins each have a 12' x 12' room. Inside, we provide a queen-sized bed and bunk
beds to sleep four people comfortably. Cabins also come equipped with 3 electrical outlets and
an overhead light. There are no bathroom or kitchen facilities inside; cabins are meant to
portray a rustic camping ambiance. Each cabin has a porch with a picnic table. All cabins
lots also come with a fire pit.
When staying in our cabins, you will need your own bedding
supplies (sheets, sleeping bags) as well as all your own cookware (utensils, plates, cups). It
is also recommended that if you are planning on cooking, to bring either a BBQ or outside cooking
stove.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on our campsites provided they are leashed and you clean up after them. Pets are not allowed inside our cabins.
What services do your campsites provide?
At Bingemans, we have campsites geared for all campers.
Our electric and
water sites offer 15 and 30 amp electrical service, as well as a water hook-up.
Our back-in
sewer sites offer 15 and 30 amp electrical service, as well as a water and sewer hook-up.
Our
Pull-through sites offer 15, 30, and 50 amp electrical service as well as a water and sewer
hook-up.
The campground also offers an on-site dumping station.
Do you have ice and firewood sales on site?
We provide ice, firewood and numerous other amenity sales. They are sold in the registration office - the first stop when you arrive at the campground.
What are your quiet times?
Our quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am. We have regular security patrols all night to help enforce this quiet time.
What does your campsite come with?
Each campsite comes equipped with a picnic table and a fire pit.
Do you have laundry facilities on site?
Yes, we do. You will find our coin-operated laundry facility located on the Park Map.
Besides the Amusement areas, what activities do you have specifically for Campers?
In addition to discounted use of our facilities, we also provide horseshoe pits throughout the campgrounds, children play areas, and numerous scheduled activity programs that can be viewed on our Activities Calendar.
