How much does each game cost?

Is there a minimum number of people who can play? What is the maximum number of players?
Maximum number of players per room is 6 people.
How old do the players need to be?
For all of our games, we recommend that the players be 13 years of age or older. Younger players are welcome to join their family or group but may find the puzzles to be challenging. If participants are under the age of 16, there must be a paying adult (18 years of age) in the group. All participants will pay the regular pricing, regardless of age.
Do I need a reservation or can I just walk in?
We cannot guarantee that there will be availability if you are to walk-in to play and we highly recommend that you reserve your space online. Check the availability of time slots for each escape room and choose your room of interest.
How do I book/reserve my game?
All of our bookings are done online on our website. Check the availability of time slots for each escape room and choose your room of interest.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my game?
We require 48 business hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your game. Send all requests through to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can reschedule your new time based on the availability of time slots that are still available for each escape room and you can choose your room.
Can I change the number of players once my game has been booked?
Yes you can add players, but this can only be done upon arrival at EscapeworX.

Is there a room we can rent before or after our game? What can we do before or after we play?
Yes, if you are looking for a private area for your group, please contact one of our event planners at firstname.lastname@example.org. They can assist with this as well as arrange potential food and beverage options. You can also make a reservation at Boston Pizza located at Bingemans for your group.
Before or after you play, there are many other experiences here that we can offer to enhance your time. Just ask one of our customer service staff members who will be happy to give you some suggestions. You could also visit our website at www.bingemans.com for all that we offer.
Due to capacity requirements you will be required to leave the premises, unless you are continuing to Boston Pizza or the GameworX arcade.
How long is each game?
Each game will be a maximum of one hour to escape. The introduction will take about 10 minutes and after the game we will have some time to chat, take a picture of the group. You can count on exiting the EscapeworX at the latest 60 minutes after your booked time begins.
Is it scary?
Our games are not meant to be scary but there may be some elements that may not be suitable for children under the age of 13.
Can I bring my phone into the game?
We do not allow any technology to be brought into our games. There will be a safe place to lock up your cell phones and belongings.
When do I arrive for my game?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive early to enjoy other experiences, you will be paged when you need to heading over to EscapeworX
Do you give us hints if we get stuck on a puzzle?
The staff members will be monitoring your game and will assist you with some hints if they are needed.
Can I leave the room to go to the bathroom?
Unfortunately, we cannot pause the games. We encourage you to use the facilities prior to your game starting. If for any reason you do still require to leave the game, the game will continue and there will be no discounts or refunds.
How should I dress to play your games?
Please dress comfortably, in clothing that allows you to search, bend down and solve puzzles.
Are we actually locked in the room?
No, the door will not be locked
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Please download a copy of our waiver and bring it with you on your game day.
If you do not download a copy, we have copies at EscapeworX that you can fill out. All participants must have a current waiver filled out, along with all contact information for contract tracing if necessary.
Where should I park/how do we access EscapeworX?
To get to EscapeworX, you can park outside of FunworX and enter through the main FunworX doors. EscapeworX is located to your right once you enter the doors. There will be signage in the lobby for the waiting area for each room. Only 1 group will be permitted in the EscapeworX lobby to ensure social distancing.
Are your games suitable for pregnant women, those with health conditions, or people on crutches?
When you sign your waiver, you release us from any liability, you are to use your own judgement.
Are your escape room’s wheelchair accessible?
We have one game, Emergency Exit, that is accessible by wheelchair and can accommodate under the AODA standards.
