Please enter at the Conference Centre Driveway as indicated on the map and follow the signs to Gift of Lights.

What is Gift of Lights and Jingle Bell Rock?

Experience the newest and most spectacular holiday attraction of the Season! The largest holiday light display drive thru in Southwestern Ontario paired with an immersive walking attraction of light sculpture and holiday music.

I have been gifted a ticket. How do I redeem it?

You do not need to book online in advance with these tickets, they are good for any day. Please visit us any day that we are open and simply present the ticket or voucher at the Gift of Lights Entrance.

How do I redeem an Early Bird Ticket?

You do not need to book online in advance and do not need to select a date and time to visit, these tickets are good any day. Please visit us any day that we are open (except Walk Only Nights) and simply present the your ticket.

Where is Gift of Lights and Jingle Bell Rock located?

Located at Bingemans at 425 Bingemans Centre Dr. Kitchener, Ontario. Ticket holders for Gift of Lights and Jingle Bell Rock start their experience by car first. When you drive thru, all your passengers will receive a wristband for entry to Jingle Bell Rock, which is accessed through the FunworX Entrance and it is located outside in the Event Square located behind Boston Pizza/Kingpin.

Yes, we open on all holidays, please see above for hours.

Can I buy Tickets at the Door?

As Gift of Lights is a timed entry event, we encourage you to purchase and reserve tickets online. If you do decide to drive up, there may be a chance that the date and time is sold out.

Are there any group rates available?

There are group rates available to group sizes of 25 or more individuals. Please contact group sales at 519-744-1555 or giftoflights@bingemans.com

Is there Food and Beverages?

Food and Beverages will be available for purchase on-site. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages, there will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 19+ years of age at one of our Holiday Bars at Jingle Bell Rock. Boston Pizza is also available for dining options as well as FunworX for quick service food and beverage options.

Are there Restrooms?

Yes, there are bathrooms located in FunworX

How does parking work?

Once you have completed the drive thru of Gift of Lights you will exit and head up the hill to the FunworX and Boston Pizza/Kingpin Entrance from Bingemans Centre Drive, free parking is plentiful.

How long does the entire experience take?

Gift of Lights drive thru is approximately 30 minutes and Jingle Bell Rock can be enjoyed for as long as you like.

What is the Refund Policy?

All tickets are non-refundable and non transferable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We encourage you to have your digital ticket ready for scanning, or alternatively print a copy of your ticket for scanning upon arrival.

Can I bring my dog?

While you can have your dog in your vehicle during the drive thru, only service animals are permitted at Jingle Bell Rock for the walk thru portion. Walk only nights are Dog Friendly!

What are Walk only Nights?

We have 4 nights reserved for Walk Only events, and these nights are dog friendly! They are November 26th, December 11th, December 27th, and January 6th. Driving vehicles in Gift of Lights will not be permitted on these nights. Tickets for these events are $12.95 per person, purchased online (complimentary for children under 3). We have partnered with 4 community charities on these nights to donate 50% of proceeds to each partner for their special Walk only Night. Learn more about it here

Can I Take Pictures?

Absolutely! We encourage all our guests to take photos, post on social media and share their experience with family and friends!

Is Smoking Permitted on the Grounds?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the Event Space.

What happens if there is severe weather?

The event will operate in all weather, i.e. rain, snow. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are non-refundable, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.

Can I pass other vehicles during the drive thru portion?

We ask that you be courteous of other vehicles around you and you do not pass. Please do not exceed the speed limit of 10km/hr. Stopping is not permitted anywhere during the drive thru, including the tunnels.

Is Gift of Lights and Jingle Bell Rock accessible?

The drive thru experience is in the comfort of your own vehicle, so it is completely accessible. Jingle Bell Rock is in an outdoor setting, with several elevations and ramps that may be accessible, but subject to weather conditions.
