Bingemans is a full-service caterer and venue. We will take care of the food, bar, and staffing for your special day. Additionally, we are exclusive partners at a variety of venues across Southern Ontario including Steckle Heritage Farm, Catana Estates, Ken Seiling Regional Museum and more!

How far in advance should we book your services for our wedding?

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your date and ensure availability. Popular wedding dates tend to fill up quickly, so it's best to reach out to us at your earliest convenience.

I have a small (or very large) wedding, can your venue accommodate my guests?

We are able to host weddings of all sizes, from 25 guests up to 1,200 guests.

Can I have my ceremony on-site?

Yes! Couples have the choice of hosting their ceremony indoors or outdoors, amidst the beauty of nature. Our outdoor ceremony space, The Pavilion, offers an enchanting open-air setting and wooden pergola. Surrounded by lush greenery and with seating for several dozen guests, it provides an idyllic backdrop for exchanging vows. Bingemans offers many indoor spaces to suit groups of any size up to 1,200 guests. Whichever you choose, your ceremony at Bingemans will be a moment to cherish forever.

What options are available for catering?

Bingemans is a full-service caterer servicing Southern Ontario. All weddings hosted at Bingemans will be catered by our in-house culinary team. Choose from our standard menu options, our NEW Indian Wedding Menu or request a custom-built menu that speaks to your love story.

Can we customize our wedding menu?

Absolutely! We understand that every couple has unique preferences and dietary needs. Our team works closely with you to create a customized menu tailored to your tastes and requirements. Have a vision? Tell us, and we can tailor-build a menu that speaks to your love story.

Do you offer tasting sessions before we finalize our menu?

Yes, we offer group tasting sessions to all of our confirmed wedding clients to give you a preview of our culinary offerings. It's a great opportunity for you to sample different dishes and provide feedback to ensure your wedding menu is perfect.

Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?

Yes, we can accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, nut-free, and others. Just let us know your requirements, and we'll work to ensure everyone is catered to. Please note that our facility is not exclusively nut-free.

Do you provide bar services for weddings?

Yes, we offer comprehensive bar services, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Our experienced bartenders will craft signature cocktails and ensure your guests are well taken care of throughout the celebration.

Do you provide staffing for weddings?

Absolutely! Our professional and courteous staff are dedicated to making your wedding day seamless and memorable. From servers to bartenders and event coordinators, we have a team ready to assist you.

Can you help with wedding planning and coordination?

Yes, we offer basic wedding planning to help bring your vision to life. Our wedding planner will work with you to build your menu, plan your venue layout and wedding timeline. Bingemans does not offer a concierge or day-of-coordination. Ask us for a list of preferred vendors to personalize your special day.

Can you assist with other aspects of wedding planning, such as rentals and décor?

What is included when you book Bingemans as your wedding venue?

Tables, chairs, standard china, standard cutlery, glassware, white or black table linens and napkins are available depending on the package you choose. If you are hosting your wedding at a venue of your choice or at one of our partner properties, our equipment is available for rental.
